We did not sign up for or use the other tools here: what follows is read from their own public pages on the dates shown, with stated facts kept apart from marketing claims. How we review.
Jobapplier: read on 2026-10-31 from its public pages and public plans API on jobapplier.co, signed out, and from its code. The signed-in features are described from the code and its documentation, not from a hands-on run, and no application was sent for this site.
How we ordered this list
- Human review: can you approve each application before it is sent? A tool that only sends by rules you write counts for less; one that describes no review step comes last.
- Do its own pages name where it applies, the job boards and the form systems?
- Can each application go out with a resume tailored to that posting, and can you see it first?
- Are prices shown before sign-up, and what refund do the terms leave you?
The list
-

Approval per job across job boards and career sites
Full automation or approval per job, run on its servers. Names LinkedIn, Indeed, 30+ boards and career-site systems such as Workday, Greenhouse, Lever and iCIMS. Free plan; euro plans from €8.99 a month. Tailors manual applications only; its refund rules conflict.

-
2. JobCopilot
Career pages only, with a tailored resume you can edit

- Free plan
- No
- Who presses Submit
- You choose whether the copilot applies by itself or fills applications and saves them for you to review before submitting.
-
3. AIApply
Review or Hybrid modes, credits only on success
Review mode holds every job and Hybrid holds those under a fit score of 75. A credit is spent only on a successful application. No page names the systems it fills; tailored resumes cost $12 a month and cannot be edited; Auto Apply is not refunded once anything is sent.
- Paid from
- $12 a month
- Free plan
- Yes
- Who presses Submit
- Three modes: Auto Mode sends every matching job with no input; Hybrid sends jobs with a fit score of 75 or more and holds the rest for approval; Review Mode needs approval for every job.
-
4. Jobapplier
Rules that decide every send, on named systems
The Pro Agent sends only where your rules say Apply, on eleven named single-page systems, with a picture of each form before Submit and a resume per posting at the level you set, but no per-job approval and 30 a day at most. No LinkedIn Easy Apply. 7-day full refund.
- Paid from
- $39.99 a month
- Free plan
- Yes
- Who presses Submit
- In the extension the person presses Submit, the panel's Submit Application or the form's own; the extension never submits by itself and waits while a required field is empty.

- ApplyPass submits the applications itself, end to end; its pages describe no review step before a submission.

- Who presses Submit
- Copilot (the extension) fills the form; you review it and press the employer's final Submit yourself.
How this list was made
Every tool here submits applications for you, from its own servers or from a mode you start. We did not use any of them, so nothing is ranked on results: no tool’s interview rate can be checked from outside, and the ones on their home pages are their own claims. The order comes from the four questions above, applied to what each tool’s own pages, help centre and terms say.
Control comes first because an application cannot be taken back from an employer once it is sent. A tool that lets you approve each one ranks above a tool that only follows rules you set. A tool that describes no review step at all comes last, however much volume it offers.
What separates them
Review. Three tools put a per-job approval in your hands: LoopCV, JobCopilot and AIApply. AIApply’s Hybrid mode is a middle path, holding only jobs that score under 75. Jobapplier takes a different route: no Apply rule, no application, and a saved picture of each form before Submit, but no waiting for a per-job yes. LazyApply, ApplyPass and Simplify’s Autopilot submit without a review step, and ApplyPass’s terms say you are not told which jobs it is applying to.
Where they apply. LoopCV and Jobapplier name the systems they fill; LazyApply names job boards, LinkedIn and Indeed among them; JobCopilot names career pages and two paid extras. AIApply and Simplify’s Autopilot name none. If your target employers use one system, check it is named before you pay.
Tailored resumes. JobCopilot’s Elite lets you edit each tailored version before submission. AIApply’s tailored resumes cannot be edited, and Simplify’s Autopilot does not show its version before submitting.
Money. Refund terms vary more than prices. Jobapplier refunds Pro in full within 7 days and Simplify refunds nothing once a plan is activated, apart from an unintended renewal reported within 24 hours (pro-rated) and verifiable technical issues. LazyApply refunds only a first purchase, within 30 days, under 100 applications and only if it failed to work as advertised, and AIApply never refunds Auto Apply once anything has been sent.
Account risk
AIApply, JobCopilot and Jobapplier say in their terms that automation carries risk on some platforms; LazyApply claims profiles will never get blocked. Read the terms of any tool before it applies in your name.

| Auto apply | Full auto-apply runs on its servers, with your computer off and without being logged in. [source] | Its auto-apply goes only to postings on official company websites and career pages. [source] | Auto Apply submits applications for you, based on the criteria you set, including multi-step forms and custom questions. [source] | The Agent applies only to jobs that fit one of the person's Apply rules and none of their Skip rules, on the single-page forms of eleven systems: Greenhouse, Lever, Ashby, Workable, Recruitee, Rippling, Breezy, Teamtailor, Pinpoint, BambooHR and Personio. [source] A new account starts with one Skip rule (scores below 70) and no Apply rule, so nothing is sent until the person writes one. [source] | Its Indeed bot applies to as many jobs as you enter in one run, filtered by title, location, salary, remote and date posted, started from a Start applying button. [source] | Open-ended questions are answered by its own model from the resume, profile and job description, and the help page says it handles questions used to detect automation. [source] | You pick each job for Autopilot from Job Matches, the Job Board or search; it is offered only on supported postings and not on a job marked already applied. [source] |
| Autofill | Its pages do not say | Its Chrome extension autofills a job application on any site (company site, job board, ATS); you review and submit it yourself. [source] | Its pages do not say | The Chrome extension fills forms on Greenhouse, Lever, Ashby, Workday (multipage), iCIMS, SmartRecruiters and many other career sites; every AI-written answer is marked. [source] | Its pages do not say | Its pages do not say | With continuous multipage autofill on, Copilot keeps filling supported pages after you start; you still review and submit. [source] |
| Who presses Submit | You can fully automate or keep manual review on and approve each job; Auto-Apply can also be switched off, leaving only matches. [source] For each matching job it fills the form and submits it with no clicking from you. [source] | You choose whether the copilot applies by itself or fills applications and saves them for you to review before submitting. [source] | Three modes: Auto Mode sends every matching job with no input; Hybrid sends jobs with a fit score of 75 or more and holds the rest for approval; Review Mode needs approval for every job. [source] In Hybrid mode only jobs at or above a fit score of 75 are sent without approval. [source] While an application is 'Preparing to Apply' you can change its resume or cover letter; once it is 'Applying Now' it is locked. The documents and answers sent can be seen afterwards on the dashboard. [source] | In the extension the person presses Submit, the panel's Submit Application or the form's own; the extension never submits by itself and waits while a required field is empty. [source] Before the Agent presses Submit it takes a picture of the filled form; Review shows each question with the answer that went. [source] | The home page says its agent handles the whole application; no page describes a review step before each application is sent. [source] | ApplyPass submits the applications itself, end to end; its pages describe no review step before a submission. [source] The Terms say the user will not be told which jobs ApplyPass is applying to on their behalf, and may exclude companies and roles but not target specific openings; the FAQ says the dashboard lists the applications already submitted. [source] | Copilot (the extension) fills the form; you review it and press the employer's final Submit yourself. [source] Autopilot (Simplify+) fills and submits the application with no review step; starting the run authorizes submission. [source] |
| Where jobs come from | It scans LinkedIn, Indeed and more than 30 job boards for matches. [source] A search can also scan company career websites when enabled. [source] | It searches company career pages for new jobs every 2 hours. [source] Each copilot searches up to 5 job titles; Elite allows 3 copilots, so 15 searches at once, or 3 countries. [source] | Its pages do not say | Jobs are read every hour from employers' career pages on Greenhouse, Lever, Ashby, Workday and other applicant tracking systems, and LinkedIn postings are read with no account, only those whose Apply button leads to the employer's own site. [source] | The home page names Greenhouse, Dice, Indeed and ZipRecruiter as platforms it applies on. [source] | It applies only to jobs in the US or Canada, for technical roles it lists (software, data, DevOps, QA, product and similar). [source] | Job Matches covers the United States, Canada, United Kingdom, Australia, France, Germany, India, Ireland, Italy and Spain. [source] |
Its Chrome extension applies to LinkedIn Easy Apply jobs you select in the dashboard, in your logged-in LinkedIn session; it does not store your LinkedIn password. [source] No page read discloses a risk to the person's LinkedIn account; the page on its LinkedIn extension speaks only of the password not being stored. [source] | No page reviewed says it applies on LinkedIn or Indeed; its auto-apply pages name only company career pages. Its terms say auto-apply acts on your behalf at your own risk. [source] | LinkedIn job links can be pasted into the Premium plan's Application Kit to generate a tailored resume and cover letter; the article then has you follow guided steps to submit. It does not describe applying on LinkedIn itself or Easy Apply. [source] On platform risk, its terms say some platforms restrict automation, that compliance is the user's responsibility, and that it is not liable if a platform suspends, limits or rejects submissions. [source] | LinkedIn Easy Apply postings are not added and not filled; signing in with a LinkedIn account is switched off today. [source] | Its job-application-automation page names LinkedIn and Indeed as platforms it applies on. [source] | Its pages do not say | On LinkedIn and Indeed the extension reads job descriptions for missing resume keywords; its pages do not say Copilot or Autopilot applies through LinkedIn Easy Apply. [source] | |
| Limits and caps | Its pages do not say | Up to 20 auto-applications a day on Premium and up to 50 on Elite. [source] | You set a daily limit between 10 and 100 applications; the queue pauses when it is reached and resets each day. [source] One credit is one application; a credit is spent only when an application is submitted successfully. Unused credits roll over while the subscription is active and are lost on cancellation. [source] More credits are bought as an upgrade at $49 for 100, $99 for 250, $199 for 600, $299 for 1,000 or $499 for 2,000 applications; the billing date resets to the purchase date. [source] | A CAPTCHA or an emailed code stops the Agent's application and hands it to the person; Jobapplier does not solve CAPTCHAs or read email. [source] The Agent sends up to 30 applications a day on Pro. [source] | Every plan has a daily application limit. [source] | Plans cap applications a week: Basic 7, Momentum 100, Premium 400. The help page describes the free plan instead as 1 application a day. [source] | Simplify+ includes 20 Autopilot credits a week; a credit is used only for a successful submission, failed or cancelled runs use none, and unused credits do not roll over. [source] Copilot autofill has no application limit. [source] |
| Browsers and extension | The extension works on job boards with an Easy Apply flow: LinkedIn, Indeed, Dice, Reed, StepStone and GulfTalent; such jobs wait until you run it. [source] | The extension is free to install but needs an active subscription to autofill. [source] | Its pages do not say | Chrome only, and the extension is not in the Chrome Web Store yet. [source] | It is a Chrome extension; installing it opens a dashboard where you log in. [source] | It is not a browser extension: it applies directly on company career sites from its own systems, and the home page says its automation bypasses anti-bot barriers. [source] | Copilot runs on Chrome and other Chromium browsers; Firefox is in beta with limited support; on iPhone it is a Safari extension in the iOS app. [source] |
| Resume tailoring | CV tailoring to a job match works only for manual applications; it reorganizes and emphasizes existing content and downloads as PDF. [source] Tailoring does not add new content. [source] | Resume tailoring for each application is on the Elite plan, and each tailored version can be reviewed and edited before submission. [source] | Tailored resumes per job need the additional tailoring subscription; the tailored documents are made by the system and cannot be edited. [source] | One resume per posting at a level the person picks: Off (the default), Light, Balanced or Aggressive. No level adds or changes an employer, job title, seniority, date, place of work, school, degree, certification or work authorization. The file is a one-column PDF named Resume.pdf. [source] No .docx export: the resume is a PDF. [source] | Its pages do not say | Its pages do not say | Autopilot can generate a tailored resume and does not show it to you for approval before it submits. [source] With a target job, Simplify+ rewrites the whole resume, a section or single bullets; you review the changes before applying them, and the source file stays separate. [source] |
| ATS check and match score | On career sites it fills and submits forms on Workday, Greenhouse, Lever, Ashby, SmartRecruiters, iCIMS and others. [source] | Since 25 May 2026 it also auto-applies on 'Expanded Career Sites' such as Workday and SAP SuccessFactors, at 1 credit an application; its 40 'Included Career Sites' stay unlimited within the plan. [source] | Jobs on application systems it cannot drive are marked 'not supported' and skipped, with no credit charged; the page does not list which systems these are. [source] | Its pages do not say | Its pages do not say | Jobs are scraped hourly from ATS and job sites it names: Greenhouse, Glassdoor, AshbyHQ, Workable and Workday; the help page also names SmartRecruiters among the ATS it submits to. [source] | Copilot names Workday, Greenhouse, iCIMS, Taleo, Avature, Lever and SmartRecruiters among the systems it fills, and says support depends on the particular form. [source] A keyword match panel compares the selected resume with the job description, beside a broader Resume Score; the help centre says neither predicts an employer's decision. [source] |
| Cover letters | A default cover letter is prepared, or you write your own. [source] | Its pages do not say | Cover letters are generated and submitted automatically when an application requires one, in the posting's language; a personal cover letter cannot be uploaded. [source] | Cover letters are written for one posting from that posting's resume and the profile, in a professional, warm or direct tone; a sentence that claims more than they show is rewritten or cut. [source] | A separate AI cover letter generator, with a number of free cover letters. [source] | Paid plans include an AI-generated cover letter for each job. [source] | Simplify+ generates a cover letter in Copilot from the job description and your profile; you review and edit it before using it. [source] |
| Job tracker | It tracks email opens and replies and which CV performs best, and lets you A/B test CVs. [source] | A daily email recap reports how many jobs were auto-applied; an application tracker is on both plans. [source] | Its pages do not say | A Tracker board of applications with no limit on any plan. [source] | A dashboard tracks applications and referral emails. [source] | Its pages do not say | Applications submitted with Copilot are saved to a Job Tracker; Gmail can be connected for matched conversations and suggested status updates, free. [source] |
| Interview practice | Its pages do not say | Its pages do not say | Interview Buddy is a desktop app that gives live answer suggestions during interviews on Zoom, Google Meet, Microsoft Teams and other online platforms; mock interviews are separate. [source] | No interview practice. [source] | Its pages do not say | Its pages do not say | Its pages do not say |
| Phone apps | Its pages do not say | Its pages do not say | There is an iPhone app (iOS 16.4 or later); the help article names no Android app. [source] | No phone app in an app store today: the web app runs in a browser, the extension in Chrome on a computer. [source] | Its pages do not say | Its pages do not say | An iOS app to browse, save and track jobs; Simplify+ members can start Autopilot from it, or apply in Safari with Copilot. [source] |
| Trial | Its pages do not say | Its pages do not say | There is no free trial. [source] | No free trial of Pro; there is a Free plan. [source] | There is no free trial; a live demo is offered by email. [source] | The free trial needs no card and gives 100 applications within 24 hours plus a resume score; afterwards the account moves to the free plan. Strict location matching and courses are not in the trial. [source] | Its pages do not say |
| Refunds and cancelling | The pricing page's FAQ offers refunds within 7 days of purchase if no more than 10% of the plan's application quota was used. [source] Its refund policy (effective 1 January 2025) sets other conditions: a faulty service or unauthorised charge, within 7 days, fewer than 20 jobs applied and fewer than 50 matches, at least 2 full days of running, latest charge only; Done For You is never refunded. [source] The Done For You plan is non-refundable. [source] | A refund, full or partial, only for a technical issue reported within the first 7 days of the subscription; the team may instead extend the usage period. [source] | Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the period ends; fees are generally non-refundable, except a reproducible technical issue or an accidental purchase reported within 30 minutes with no meaningful use. [source] Auto Apply is not refundable once applications have been submitted, and outcomes (no interviews or offers) are no ground for a refund. [source] UK buyers of digital services acknowledge that they lose the 14-day right to cancel. [source] | Every Pro payment can be refunded in full within 7 days, no questions asked; Paddle is the Merchant of Record. [source] | A 30-day refund on the first subscription only, if you applied to fewer than 100 jobs through it and the product demonstrably failed to work as advertised; renewals are not refunded. [source] The usage limit on a refund. [source] | Refunds are given only where the law requires, for example within 14 days for users in the European Union. [source] Subscriptions renew monthly; to stop a renewal the user must give 10 days' notice before the renewal date, by email or on the website. [source] | Activated subscriptions are non-refundable; an unintended web renewal may get a pro-rated refund if you write within 24 hours, less processing fees; extended, verifiable technical issues may get a credit or refund; App Store purchases are refunded by Apple. [source] Dissatisfaction with AI output, or not getting interviews or offers, is not grounds for a refund. [source] |
| Data, accounts and risk | Its pages do not say | Its Chrome Web Store listing (version 1.5.27, updated 11 February 2026) declares that it handles personally identifiable information, financial and payment information, authentication information, web history and website content. [source] | It applies with an AIApply email address whose inbox it manages, so employers' confirmations, one-time passwords and login links reach it; OTP emails go to that inbox's Deleted folder. [source] | Its terms say the Agent fills forms from Jobapplier's servers in a browser that hides the signs of automation so that bot checks accept it, and that many sites, LinkedIn among them, do not allow automation. [source] | Its Chrome Web Store listing declares that it handles personally identifiable information, authentication information, personal communications, location, user activity and website content. Questions
Which auto apply tools let a human review each application?
LoopCV, JobCopilot and AIApply let you approve each application before it is sent. Jobapplier's Agent sends without a per-job approval but only to jobs your rules pick. LazyApply, ApplyPass and Simplify's Autopilot describe no review step.
Which tools auto apply with a tailored resume?
JobCopilot's Elite, AIApply with its $12 add-on, Simplify's Autopilot and Jobapplier's Agent at the level you choose. LoopCV tailors only manual applications, and no LazyApply page describes tailoring.
Which auto apply tools actually work?
No public page proves another company's results, and we did not use these tools, so we do not rank on outcomes. The interview rates on some home pages are the companies' own claims. This list ranks on control and on what each tool states.
Which has the highest application limit?
LazyApply's Ultimate plan states 1,500 a day. ApplyPass's Premium states 400 a week, JobCopilot's Elite 50 a day and AIApply up to 100 a day by your own setting.
