How Auto Apply sends

AIApply’s Auto Apply submits applications for you from its own service, based on the criteria you set, including multi-step forms and custom questions. Its help centre describes three modes. Auto Mode sends every matching job with no input from you. Hybrid Mode sends jobs with a fit score of 75 or more and holds the rest for your approval. Review Mode needs your approval for every job.

An application can still be changed while it shows ‘Preparing to Apply’: you can swap its resume or cover letter. Once it shows ‘Applying Now’ it is locked. Afterwards the dashboard shows the documents and answers that were sent. Its terms also let a connected AI assistant, such as ChatGPT or Claude, add jobs and approve queued applications, and each such approval counts as your instruction.

Credits and what they cost

One credit is one application, spent only when the application is submitted successfully. Unused credits roll over while your subscription is active and are lost when you cancel. Auto Apply is $49 a month for 100 applications, $99 for 250, or $199 a quarter for 750, all available from day one. More credits can be bought as an upgrade, from $49 for 100 to $499 for 2,000, and buying one resets your billing date. Whether those packs are one-time purchases or new recurring plans is not stated.

You set a daily limit between 10 and 100 applications; the queue pauses at the limit and resets each day.

Where it applies

This is the gap in its pages. Jobs on application systems it cannot drive are marked ‘not supported’ and skipped, with no credit charged, but no page names which systems those are, or which ones it can fill. LinkedIn job links can go into the Premium toolkit’s Application Kit to get a tailored resume and cover letter, after which you follow guided steps to submit yourself. No page describes applying on LinkedIn itself, on Easy Apply or on Indeed.

Email, accounts and documents

AIApply applies with an AIApply email address whose inbox it manages, so employers’ confirmations, one-time passwords and login links reach that inbox; one-time password emails go to its Deleted folder. It may create accounts on employer websites while applying, and shows their logins in the job’s record on your dashboard.

Tailored resumes need the $12 monthly add-on and are made by the system with no editing. Cover letters are written and sent automatically when a form asks for one, in the posting’s language, and you cannot upload your own.

Risk and refunds

Its terms say some platforms restrict automation, that complying is your responsibility, and that AIApply is not liable if a platform suspends, limits or rejects submissions. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the period ends. Fees are generally non-refundable, with exceptions for a reproducible technical issue or an accidental purchase reported within 30 minutes. Auto Apply is not refundable once applications have been submitted, and getting no interviews is no ground for one. AIApply Limited is registered in England and Wales; English law governs, with binding arbitration for US residents.
