We did not sign up for or use the other tools here: what follows is read from their own public pages on the dates shown, with stated facts kept apart from marketing claims. How we review.

Jobapplier: read on 2026-10-31 from its public pages and public plans API on jobapplier.co, signed out, and from its code. The signed-in features are described from the code and its documentation, not from a hands-on run, and no application was sent for this site.

How we ordered this list

  1. Can you approve each application before it is sent? LazyApply's pages describe no such step, so this comes first.
  2. Do its own pages name where it applies: which job boards and which applicant tracking systems?
  3. Can you see the price before signing up, and is there a free plan or trial to start on?
  4. How much of a refund do its terms leave you, and how long is the commitment?

No scores and no ratings: the order follows these criteria, applied to what each product's own pages state.

The alternatives

  1. 1. LoopCV

Approving each job, with a free plan to start

Manual review per job or full automation, on its servers. Its pages name LinkedIn, Indeed, 30+ boards and the systems it fills on career sites, Workday and Greenhouse among them. Euro plans by the month; its two refund statements disagree.

    Paid from
    €8.99 a month
    Free plan
    Yes
    Who presses Submit
You can fully automate or keep manual review on and approve each job; Auto-Apply can also be switched off, leaving only matches.

    Research-based, checked 31 October 2026

  2. 2. AIApply

Paying only for applications that went through

Review mode waits for your approval on every job, Hybrid only on jobs scoring under 75. A credit is spent only on a successful application. No page names the systems it fills, and Auto Apply is not refunded once anything is sent.

    Paid from
    $12 a month
    Free plan
    Yes
    Who presses Submit
Three modes: Auto Mode sends every matching job with no input; Hybrid sends jobs with a fit score of 75 or more and holds the rest for approval; Review Mode needs approval for every job.

    Research-based, checked 31 October 2026

  3. 3. Jobapplier

Sending only where your own rules say Apply

The Agent applies only to jobs your rules pick, on eleven named form systems, with a picture of each form before Submit, but it does not wait for a per-job approval and is capped at 30 a day. No LinkedIn Easy Apply. Free plan; 7-day full refund on Pro.

    Who presses Submit
In the extension the person presses Submit, the panel's Submit Application or the form's own; the extension never submits by itself and waits while a required field is empty.

  4. 4. JobCopilot

    Company career pages only

Applies only on official company sites, and can fill applications for you to review before submitting. Up to 50 a day on Elite. Its pricing page shows only per-day starting prices, and refunds cover a technical issue in the first 7 days.

  5. 5. ApplyPass

Volume for US and Canadian tech roles

Up to 400 applications a week on Premium, with a no-card trial of 100. It submits with no review step, and its terms say you are not told which jobs it is applying to. Ten days' notice is needed to stop a renewal.

    Free plan
    Yes
    Who presses Submit
ApplyPass submits the applications itself, end to end; its pages describe no review step before a submission.

Why people look past LazyApply

LazyApply sells volume: yearly plans from 15 to 1,500 applications a day on job boards including LinkedIn and Indeed. What its pages leave out is what usually sends people looking. No page describes a step where you see an application before it is sent. There is no trial and no monthly plan. The refund covers only the first subscription, within 30 days, before you have applied to 100 jobs, and only if the product demonstrably failed. On account risk its home page offers a claim that profiles will never get blocked, with nothing behind it.

The tools below were chosen because each one fixes at least one of those gaps, and each was ordered by the questions above. We did not use any of them; everything here is read from their own pages.

What changes when you switch

Control. LoopCV and AIApply both put a per-job approval in your hands. AIApply goes further with a Hybrid mode, which sends only the jobs scoring 75 or more and holds the rest. JobCopilot lets each copilot either submit or fill and save for your review. Jobapplier works the other way round: you write the rules first, and the Agent sends only to jobs they pick, keeping a picture of each form before Submit. ApplyPass is the opposite of control: its terms say you will not be told which jobs it is applying to.

Where the applications go. This is where the tools differ most, and where their pages are least complete. LoopCV names the most: LinkedIn, Indeed and more than 30 boards, plus career-site systems such as Workday, Greenhouse, Lever, Ashby, SmartRecruiters and iCIMS. Its Easy Apply jobs wait until you run its extension in your own logged-in session. Jobapplier names eleven single-page systems for its Agent and does not do LinkedIn Easy Apply at all. JobCopilot applies only on company career pages, with Workday and SAP SuccessFactors at 1 credit an application. AIApply names none.

Volume. No tool here states a cap near LazyApply’s Ultimate plan. ApplyPass reaches 400 a week, JobCopilot 50 a day, AIApply up to 100 a day by its own setting, and Jobapplier’s Agent 30 a day. If raw volume is the reason you chose LazyApply, that trade is the real cost of switching.

Money. Every pick except JobCopilot states its prices on its own pages before sign-up. Jobapplier’s Pro payments are refundable in full within 7 days; AIApply’s Auto Apply is not refundable once applications have gone out; LoopCV’s pricing page and refund policy give different conditions, so ask which applies.

Account risk

AIApply’s terms say some platforms restrict automation and that a suspension is your risk. JobCopilot’s terms say auto-apply acts for you at your own risk. Jobapplier’s terms say its Agent’s browser hides the signs of automation and that many sites, LinkedIn among them, do not allow automation. ApplyPass’s home page says its automation bypasses anti-bot barriers, and neither it nor LoopCV says anything on its pages about the risk to your LinkedIn account. Read the terms of whichever you choose before it applies in your name.

Auto apply
Its Indeed bot applies to as many jobs as you enter in one run, filtered by title, location, salary, remote and date posted, started from a Start applying button. [source]
Full auto-apply runs on its servers, with your computer off and without being logged in. [source]
Auto Apply submits applications for you, based on the criteria you set, including multi-step forms and custom questions. [source]
The Agent applies only to jobs that fit one of the person's Apply rules and none of their Skip rules, on the single-page forms of eleven systems: Greenhouse, Lever, Ashby, Workable, Recruitee, Rippling, Breezy, Teamtailor, Pinpoint, BambooHR and Personio. [source]
A new account starts with one Skip rule (scores below 70) and no Apply rule, so nothing is sent until the person writes one. [source]
Its auto-apply goes only to postings on official company websites and career pages. [source]
Open-ended questions are answered by its own model from the resume, profile and job description, and the help page says it handles questions used to detect automation. [source]
Autofill Its pages do not sayIts pages do not sayIts pages do not say
The Chrome extension fills forms on Greenhouse, Lever, Ashby, Workday (multipage), iCIMS, SmartRecruiters and many other career sites; every AI-written answer is marked. [source]
Its Chrome extension autofills a job application on any site (company site, job board, ATS); you review and submit it yourself. [source]
Its pages do not say
Who presses Submit
The home page says its agent handles the whole application; no page describes a review step before each application is sent. [source]
You can fully automate or keep manual review on and approve each job; Auto-Apply can also be switched off, leaving only matches. [source]
For each matching job it fills the form and submits it with no clicking from you. [source]
Three modes: Auto Mode sends every matching job with no input; Hybrid sends jobs with a fit score of 75 or more and holds the rest for approval; Review Mode needs approval for every job. [source]
In Hybrid mode only jobs at or above a fit score of 75 are sent without approval. [source]
While an application is 'Preparing to Apply' you can change its resume or cover letter; once it is 'Applying Now' it is locked. The documents and answers sent can be seen afterwards on the dashboard. [source]
In the extension the person presses Submit, the panel's Submit Application or the form's own; the extension never submits by itself and waits while a required field is empty. [source]
Before the Agent presses Submit it takes a picture of the filled form; Review shows each question with the answer that went. [source]
You choose whether the copilot applies by itself or fills applications and saves them for you to review before submitting. [source]
ApplyPass submits the applications itself, end to end; its pages describe no review step before a submission. [source]
The Terms say the user will not be told which jobs ApplyPass is applying to on their behalf, and may exclude companies and roles but not target specific openings; the FAQ says the dashboard lists the applications already submitted. [source]
Where jobs come from
The home page names Greenhouse, Dice, Indeed and ZipRecruiter as platforms it applies on. [source]
It scans LinkedIn, Indeed and more than 30 job boards for matches. [source]
A search can also scan company career websites when enabled. [source]
Its pages do not say
Jobs are read every hour from employers' career pages on Greenhouse, Lever, Ashby, Workday and other applicant tracking systems, and LinkedIn postings are read with no account, only those whose Apply button leads to the employer's own site. [source]
It searches company career pages for new jobs every 2 hours. [source]
Each copilot searches up to 5 job titles; Elite allows 3 copilots, so 15 searches at once, or 3 countries. [source]
It applies only to jobs in the US or Canada, for technical roles it lists (software, data, DevOps, QA, product and similar). [source]
LinkedIn
Its job-application-automation page names LinkedIn and Indeed as platforms it applies on. [source]
Its Chrome extension applies to LinkedIn Easy Apply jobs you select in the dashboard, in your logged-in LinkedIn session; it does not store your LinkedIn password. [source]
No page read discloses a risk to the person's LinkedIn account; the page on its LinkedIn extension speaks only of the password not being stored. [source]
LinkedIn job links can be pasted into the Premium plan's Application Kit to generate a tailored resume and cover letter; the article then has you follow guided steps to submit. It does not describe applying on LinkedIn itself or Easy Apply. [source]
On platform risk, its terms say some platforms restrict automation, that compliance is the user's responsibility, and that it is not liable if a platform suspends, limits or rejects submissions. [source]
LinkedIn Easy Apply postings are not added and not filled; signing in with a LinkedIn account is switched off today. [source]
No page reviewed says it applies on LinkedIn or Indeed; its auto-apply pages name only company career pages. Its terms say auto-apply acts on your behalf at your own risk. [source]
Its pages do not say
Limits and caps
Every plan has a daily application limit. [source]
Its pages do not say
You set a daily limit between 10 and 100 applications; the queue pauses when it is reached and resets each day. [source]
One credit is one application; a credit is spent only when an application is submitted successfully. Unused credits roll over while the subscription is active and are lost on cancellation. [source]
More credits are bought as an upgrade at $49 for 100, $99 for 250, $199 for 600, $299 for 1,000 or $499 for 2,000 applications; the billing date resets to the purchase date. [source]
A CAPTCHA or an emailed code stops the Agent's application and hands it to the person; Jobapplier does not solve CAPTCHAs or read email. [source]
The Agent sends up to 30 applications a day on Pro. [source]
Up to 20 auto-applications a day on Premium and up to 50 on Elite. [source]
Plans cap applications a week: Basic 7, Momentum 100, Premium 400. The help page describes the free plan instead as 1 application a day. [source]
Browsers and extension
It is a Chrome extension; installing it opens a dashboard where you log in. [source]
The extension works on job boards with an Easy Apply flow: LinkedIn, Indeed, Dice, Reed, StepStone and GulfTalent; such jobs wait until you run it. [source]
Its pages do not say
Chrome only, and the extension is not in the Chrome Web Store yet. [source]
The extension is free to install but needs an active subscription to autofill. [source]
It is not a browser extension: it applies directly on company career sites from its own systems, and the home page says its automation bypasses anti-bot barriers. [source]
Resume tailoring Its pages do not say
CV tailoring to a job match works only for manual applications; it reorganizes and emphasizes existing content and downloads as PDF. [source]
Tailoring does not add new content. [source]
Tailored resumes per job need the additional tailoring subscription; the tailored documents are made by the system and cannot be edited. [source]
One resume per posting at a level the person picks: Off (the default), Light, Balanced or Aggressive. No level adds or changes an employer, job title, seniority, date, place of work, school, degree, certification or work authorization. The file is a one-column PDF named Resume.pdf. [source]
No .docx export: the resume is a PDF. [source]
Resume tailoring for each application is on the Elite plan, and each tailored version can be reviewed and edited before submission. [source]
Its pages do not say
ATS check and match score Its pages do not say
On career sites it fills and submits forms on Workday, Greenhouse, Lever, Ashby, SmartRecruiters, iCIMS and others. [source]
Jobs on application systems it cannot drive are marked 'not supported' and skipped, with no credit charged; the page does not list which systems these are. [source]
Its pages do not say
Since 25 May 2026 it also auto-applies on 'Expanded Career Sites' such as Workday and SAP SuccessFactors, at 1 credit an application; its 40 'Included Career Sites' stay unlimited within the plan. [source]
Jobs are scraped hourly from ATS and job sites it names: Greenhouse, Glassdoor, AshbyHQ, Workable and Workday; the help page also names SmartRecruiters among the ATS it submits to. [source]
Cover letters
A separate AI cover letter generator, with a number of free cover letters. [source]
A default cover letter is prepared, or you write your own. [source]
Cover letters are generated and submitted automatically when an application requires one, in the posting's language; a personal cover letter cannot be uploaded. [source]
Cover letters are written for one posting from that posting's resume and the profile, in a professional, warm or direct tone; a sentence that claims more than they show is rewritten or cut. [source]
Its pages do not say
Paid plans include an AI-generated cover letter for each job. [source]
Job tracker
A dashboard tracks applications and referral emails. [source]
It tracks email opens and replies and which CV performs best, and lets you A/B test CVs. [source]
Its pages do not say
A Tracker board of applications with no limit on any plan. [source]
A daily email recap reports how many jobs were auto-applied; an application tracker is on both plans. [source]

Refunds and cancelling
A 30-day refund on the first subscription only, if you applied to fewer than 100 jobs through it and the product demonstrably failed to work as advertised; renewals are not refunded. [source]
The usage limit on a refund. [source]
The pricing page's FAQ offers refunds within 7 days of purchase if no more than 10% of the plan's application quota was used. [source]
Its refund policy (effective 1 January 2025) sets other conditions: a faulty service or unauthorised charge, within 7 days, fewer than 20 jobs applied and fewer than 50 matches, at least 2 full days of running, latest charge only; Done For You is never refunded. [source]
The Done For You plan is non-refundable. [source]
Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the period ends; fees are generally non-refundable, except a reproducible technical issue or an accidental purchase reported within 30 minutes with no meaningful use. [source]
Auto Apply is not refundable once applications have been submitted, and outcomes (no interviews or offers) are no ground for a refund. [source]
UK buyers of digital services acknowledge that they lose the 14-day right to cancel. [source]
Every Pro payment can be refunded in full within 7 days, no questions asked; Paddle is the Merchant of Record. [source]
A refund, full or partial, only for a technical issue reported within the first 7 days of the subscription; the team may instead extend the usage period. [source]
Refunds are given only where the law requires, for example within 14 days for users in the European Union. [source]
Subscriptions renew monthly; to stop a renewal the user must give 10 days' notice before the renewal date, by email or on the website. [source]
Data, accounts and risk
Its Chrome Web Store listing declares that it handles personally identifiable information, authentication information, personal communications, location, user activity and website content. [source]
Its pages do not say
It applies with an AIApply email address whose inbox it manages, so employers' confirmations, one-time passwords and login links reach it; OTP emails go to that inbox's Deleted folder. [source]
Its terms say the Agent fills forms from Jobapplier's servers in a browser that hides the signs of automation so that bot checks accept it, and that many sites, LinkedIn among them, do not allow automation. [source]
Its Chrome Web Store listing (version 1.5.27, updated 11 February 2026) declares that it handles personally identifiable information, financial and payment information, authentication information, web history and website content. [source]

Questions

Which LazyApply alternative lets me check applications before they go?

LoopCV and AIApply both let you approve each job, and JobCopilot can fill applications and save them for your review. ApplyPass describes no review step.

Is there an alternative with monthly billing instead of a yearly plan?

Yes. LoopCV bills monthly or quarterly, AIApply monthly, quarterly or yearly, and Jobapplier's Pro is weekly, monthly or quarterly. JobCopilot offers weekly, monthly and quarterly plans whose prices appear after sign-up.

Which apps like LazyApply have a free plan?

LoopCV's Basic Looper is free with 10 applications or emails a month, and ApplyPass has a small free plan after its trial. Jobapplier's Free plan fills forms in your browser but does not include the Agent. AIApply's free account does not include Auto Apply.

Which alternative sends the most applications?

Among these, ApplyPass states the highest cap, 400 a week on Premium, and JobCopilot's Elite allows 50 a day. None states a cap as high as LazyApply's Ultimate, 1,500 a day.
