We did not sign up for or use JobCopilot: what follows is read from its own public pages on the dates shown, with stated facts kept apart from marketing claims. How we review.
Good fit if
- You want applications sent only on official company career pages rather than job boards.
- You want to choose between applying automatically and reviewing filled applications before they are submitted.
- You want a resume tailored to each application that you can edit before it goes, and accept the Elite plan for it.
- You also want an extension that fills forms on other sites while you submit them yourself.
Look elsewhere if
- You apply mostly through LinkedIn or Indeed: no page says it applies on either.
- You want to see the full price before signing up.
- You want more than 50 automatic applications a day.
- You want a free plan to try it: the copilot and the extension's autofill both need a subscription.
JobCopilot pricing
JobCopilot's public pages did not show its prices when we checked on 31 October 2026; we list none rather than guess.
Free plan: No free plan for the copilot or the extension's autofill, which needs an active subscription; separate free job-search tools are listed. (jobcopilot.com/chrome-extension/)
Strengths
- Applies only on official company websites and career pages, and searches them every 2 hours.
- You decide whether the copilot submits by itself or fills applications and saves them for your review.
- Tailored resumes on Elite can be reviewed and edited before submission.
- It says no account is created on company career pages when it applies.
- A daily email recap and an application tracker on both plans.
Weaknesses
- Full prices appear only after sign-up; the pricing page shows starting prices per day.
- Refunds only for a technical issue reported within the first 7 days, and the team may extend your usage period instead.
- Since 25 May 2026 Workday, SAP SuccessFactors and other 'Expanded Career Sites' cost 1 credit an application.
- The list of the 40 'Included Career Sites' was not found on its pages.
- Its terms say auto-apply acts on your behalf at your own risk.
Limits to know before you pay
- Up to 20 automatic applications a day on Premium and up to 50 on Elite.
- Each copilot searches up to 5 job titles; Elite allows 3 copilots, so 15 searches at once, or 3 countries.
- The Chrome extension is free to install but autofills only with an active subscription.
- Its Chrome Web Store listing declares that it handles personal, financial and payment, and authentication information, web history and website content.
Where JobCopilot applies
JobCopilot’s auto-apply goes only to postings on official company websites and career pages. A copilot searches those pages for new matches every 2 hours, and each copilot covers up to 5 job titles; Elite allows 3 copilots, so 15 searches at once, or 3 countries. It claims to reach the career pages of over 500,000 companies, a figure that cannot be checked from outside.
Its pages do not say it applies on LinkedIn or Indeed. Since 25 May 2026 it also applies on what it calls Expanded Career Sites, Workday and SAP SuccessFactors among them, at 1 credit an application, while its 40 Included Career Sites stay unlimited within the plan. The update page links to the list of those sites, but the link was not in the page we read, so which systems are included is not known.
Who presses Submit
You choose per copilot: it applies automatically, or it fills applications and saves them for you to review before submitting. JobCopilot says it creates no account on company career pages when it applies. Whether it reads emailed verification codes is not stated.
Its Chrome extension is a separate path. It fills an application on any site, a company page, a job board or an applicant tracking system, and you review and submit it yourself. It is free to install but autofills only with an active subscription.
Volume, resumes and contacts
Premium sends up to 20 automatic applications a day and Elite up to 50. Resume tailoring for each application is on Elite, and each tailored version can be reviewed and edited before submission. Elite also includes credits to unlock hiring managers’ contacts, at 0.25 credits each since the May 2026 update. A daily email recap reports how many jobs were applied to, and both plans have an application tracker.
What it costs
This is the hard part to judge. The pricing page shows only starting prices per day: Premium, with one copilot and up to 20 matches a day, from $0.93 a day, and Elite from $1.05 a day. It names weekly, monthly and quarterly plans but not their prices, which appear after sign-up. Promo codes give 50% off the first month to first-time users or students, after which the regular rate applies and you can cancel any time. The terms say nothing about renewal.
Refunds, full or partial, are offered only if a technical issue is reported within the first 7 days of the subscription, and the team may extend your usage period instead.
Risk and who runs it
Its terms say that when you enable auto-apply it acts on your behalf at your own risk, and that JobCopilot is not responsible for the outcomes. It is run by Nextwave Labs Pte Ltd in Singapore, and disputes go to arbitration under the Singapore International Arbitration Centre’s rules.

Not verified

Questions
Is JobCopilot worth it?
It depends on where your jobs are and on a price you can only see after signing up. If your targets post on their own career pages and you want to review applications first, its feature set fits. If you need LinkedIn or Indeed, or want more than 50 a day, it does not.
How much does JobCopilot cost?
Its pricing page shows only starting prices: Premium from $0.93 a day and Elite from $1.05 a day, with weekly, monthly and quarterly plans whose prices appear after sign-up. Promo codes give 50% off the first month for first-time users or students.
Does JobCopilot have a free trial or free plan?
No free plan for the copilot or the extension's autofill, which needs an active subscription. Separate free job-search tools are listed on its site.
Can I review JobCopilot's applications before they are sent?
Yes. You choose whether the copilot applies by itself or fills applications and saves them for you to review before submitting. In the Chrome extension you always review and submit yourself.
Can I get a refund from JobCopilot?
Only if you report a technical issue within the first 7 days of the subscription; the team may extend your usage period instead of refunding.
