Jobapplier: read on 2026-10-31 from its public pages and public plans API on jobapplier.co, signed out, and from its code. The signed-in features are described from the code and its documentation, not from a hands-on run, and no application was sent for this site.

Good fit if

  • You apply to roles at companies hiring through applicant tracking systems such as Greenhouse, Lever or Ashby.
  • You want to decide, by rules, which jobs get an application, and to see what was sent.
  • You want a different resume for each posting without your job titles, employers or dates being changed.

Look elsewhere if

  • Most of the jobs you want are LinkedIn Easy Apply postings: Jobapplier neither lists nor fills them.
  • You need a browser other than Chrome, or an extension you can install from the Chrome Web Store today.
  • You want postings in languages other than English.
  • You want interview practice or a .docx resume.

Strengths

  • Nothing is sent until you write an Apply rule; a new account starts with a single Skip rule for jobs scored below 70.
  • A screenshot of each filled form is taken before the Agent presses Submit, and Review shows every question with the answer that went.
  • Resume tailoring has a level you choose (Off by default) and never changes employers, job titles, dates, degrees or work authorization.
  • Jobs come from employers' own career pages on applicant tracking systems, and the Agent does not apply to a closed posting.
  • Job scores, the resume match and the Tracker are on the Free plan, with no limit.

Weaknesses

  • The Chrome extension is not in the Chrome Web Store yet, and no other browser is supported.
  • The Agent covers single-page forms on eleven systems only; Workday, iCIMS and other sites behind an employer account need you in the browser.
  • LinkedIn Easy Apply is not supported, and signing in with a LinkedIn account is switched off.
  • The Free plan's daily caps are small: 2 tailored resumes, 4 autofills and 2 cover letters.
  • A young product: there is no public outcome data, and its pages show none.

Limits to know before you pay

  • The Agent is Pro only and sends at most 30 applications a day.
  • A CAPTCHA or an emailed verification code stops that application and hands it to you; Jobapplier does not solve CAPTCHAs or read your email.
  • In the extension you press Submit yourself, every time.
  • Its terms state that the Agent uses a browser that hides the signs of automation, and that some sites, LinkedIn among them, do not allow automation.

What it is

Jobapplier is a web app with a Chrome extension. It reads job postings from employers’ career pages on applicant tracking systems, scores each job against your profile, writes a resume and a cover letter for a posting when you ask, fills application forms in your browser, and, on Pro, runs a cloud Agent that applies for you.

Two ways it applies

The difference between Jobapplier’s two executors decides most of whether it fits you.

The Agent runs on Jobapplier’s servers. It applies only where your own rules say Apply and no rule says Skip; a job no rule fits gets nothing. There is no default outcome, and a new account has no Apply rule at all, so the Agent sends nothing until you write one. It works on single-page forms at Greenhouse, Lever, Ashby, Workable, Recruitee, Rippling, Breezy, Teamtailor, Pinpoint, BambooHR and Personio. Before each Submit it saves a picture of the filled form, and the application’s Review shows every question with the answer that was sent.

The extension runs in your own Chrome. It fills forms on many more sites, Workday’s multipage forms and iCIMS among them, steps through Next buttons when nothing required is empty, and marks every answer the AI wrote. It never presses the final Submit on its own: you press the panel’s Submit Application or the form’s own button.

If you want hundreds of applications sent overnight across job boards, neither path is built for that. The Agent’s cap is 30 a day, and the extension waits for you.

Where the jobs come from

Postings are read from employers’ own career pages on applicant tracking systems, and from LinkedIn without a LinkedIn account, keeping only the postings whose Apply leads off LinkedIn. Reading the employer’s own page keeps a posting’s text and its Apply link as the employer wrote them. It also makes the catalogue narrower than a job board’s: no Easy Apply jobs, and only postings in English.

Resumes and letters

Tailoring has four levels, Off (the default), Light, Balanced and Aggressive. At every level the employers, job titles, seniority, dates, places, schools, degrees, certifications and work authorization stay as you wrote them. The result is a one-column PDF; there is no Word export. Cover letters are written from that posting’s resume and your profile, and a sentence that claims more than the resume supports is rewritten or cut.

The risk side

Jobapplier’s terms say plainly that the Agent fills forms from its servers in a browser that hides the signs of automation so bot checks accept it, and that some sites, LinkedIn among them, do not allow automation. A CAPTCHA or an emailed code stops the application and hands it to you. If you would rather nothing apply on your behalf, the extension path keeps every Submit yours.

What we did not check

We did not sign in and run the Agent or the extension for this page, and we sent no application. Everything about the signed-in features above comes from Jobapplier’s public feature pages and its code.

Questions

Does Jobapplier submit applications without me?

Only the cloud Agent does, and only for jobs that fit one of your Apply rules and none of your Skip rules, on single-page forms of eleven applicant tracking systems. The Chrome extension never submits: you press Submit on its panel or on the form.

Does Jobapplier work with LinkedIn?

Partly. It lists LinkedIn postings whose Apply button leads to the employer's own site, read without a LinkedIn account. It does not list or fill Easy Apply postings, and connecting a LinkedIn account is switched off.

Is there a free trial?

No. There is a Free plan with daily caps, and Pro payments can be refunded in full within 7 days.
