We did not sign up for or use the other tools here: what follows is read from their own public pages on the dates shown, with stated facts kept apart from marketing claims. How we review.

Jobapplier: read on 2026-10-31 from its public pages and public plans API on jobapplier.co, signed out, and from its code. The signed-in features are described from the code and its documentation, not from a hands-on run, and no application was sent for this site.

How we ordered this list

  1. Does it cover a gap Jobapplier leaves: LinkedIn Easy Apply, browsers other than Chrome, countries and languages beyond English, more than 30 automatic applications a day?
  2. Can you see or approve an application before it is sent?
  3. Can you see the price before signing up, and is there a free plan to start on?
  4. How much of a refund do its terms leave you?

No scores and no ratings: the order follows these criteria, applied to what each product's own pages state.

The alternatives

  1. 1. Simplify

Free autofill on more browsers and in more countries

Copilot autofill is free with no application limit and leaves Submit to you, in Chromium browsers, Firefox (beta) and Safari on iPhone. Job matches in ten countries. Autopilot, on Simplify+, submits with no review step, 20 credits a week. No refund once a plan is activated, with narrow exceptions.

    $39.99 a month
    Free plan
    Yes
    Who presses Submit
Copilot (the extension) fills the form; you review it and press the employer's final Submit yourself.

    Research-based, checked 31 October 2026

  2. 2. LoopCV

LinkedIn Easy Apply, with an approval per job

Applies from its servers, with manual review per job if you keep it on; its extension applies to Easy Apply jobs you select, in your own LinkedIn session. Names Workday, Greenhouse, Lever and iCIMS. Free plan of 10 applications a month; euro plans; its two refund statements disagree.

    Paid from
    €8.99 a month
    Free plan
    Yes
    Who presses Submit
You can fully automate or keep manual review on and approve each job; Auto-Apply can also be switched off, leaving only matches.

    Research-based, checked 31 October 2026

  3. 3. AIApply

    Approving low-fit jobs only

Review mode holds every job for approval, Hybrid only those scoring under 75, and a credit is spent only on a successful application. From $49 a month for 100. No page names the systems it fills, and Auto Apply is not refunded once anything is sent.

    Paid from
    $12 a month
    Free plan
    Yes
    Who presses Submit
Three modes: Auto Mode sends every matching job with no input; Hybrid sends jobs with a fit score of 75 or more and holds the rest for approval; Review Mode needs approval for every job.

  4. 4. JobCopilot

    Company career pages, Workday included

Applies only on official career sites, Workday and SAP SuccessFactors at a credit each, and can save filled applications for your review. Up to 50 a day on Elite. No free plan; its pricing page shows only per-day starting prices, from $0.93 a day; refunds only for a technical issue in the first 7 days.

  5. 5. LazyApply

    Volume on LinkedIn and Indeed

Yearly plans from 15 to 1,500 applications a day, on job boards including LinkedIn and Indeed, with referral emails. No review step described, no free plan or trial, and a refund only on a first subscription under 100 applications.

A job feed for US roles with autofill

Its autofill names Workday, Greenhouse, Lever, iCIMS, Ashby and Workable and leaves Submit to you. US roles only. Daily free credits of an unstated size; Turbo's price appears only at checkout.

Where Jobapplier falls short

This page starts from Jobapplier’s weaknesses as its own pages and code state them.

  • No LinkedIn Easy Apply. It lists LinkedIn postings whose Apply leads to the employer’s own site, read without a LinkedIn account, and leaves Easy Apply postings out entirely.
  • Chrome only. The extension runs in Chrome on a computer, is not in the Chrome Web Store yet, and there is no phone app in a store.
  • English only. A posting in another language is not added to its catalogue.
  • A narrow Agent. The cloud Agent is on Pro, sends at most 30 a day, and only on the single-page forms of eleven systems. Workday, iCIMS and other account sites need you in the browser, and a CAPTCHA or an emailed code hands the application back to you.
  • No per-job approval. The Agent sends where your rules say Apply; it does not hold each job for you to approve.
  • Small free caps. The Free plan gives 2 tailored resumes, 4 autofills and 2 cover letters a day, and no Agent. There is no interview practice and no .docx resume.

The tools below each cover at least one of these gaps, ordered by the questions above. We did not use any of them; every line is read from their own pages.

What changes when you switch

Autofill. Simplify is the clearest step up on the free side: unlimited Copilot autofill, more browsers and an iPhone app, and job matches beyond English-speaking markets. Jobright’s autofill names a similar list of systems but covers US roles only, and neither its free credits nor its prices are stated.

LinkedIn. LoopCV is the only tool here whose pages describe filling Easy Apply jobs, through its extension in your own LinkedIn session. LazyApply names LinkedIn and Indeed but describes no review step. Jobapplier, AIApply and JobCopilot describe no Easy Apply.

Control. If you want to see each application first, AIApply’s Review mode and LoopCV’s manual review hold every job for your approval, and JobCopilot can save filled applications for review. Simplify’s Autopilot and LazyApply submit with no review step. Jobapplier sits between: no per-job approval, but nothing is sent outside your rules, and a picture of each form is kept from before Submit.

Volume. LazyApply’s caps reach 1,500 a day on yearly plans and JobCopilot’s Elite 50; AIApply lets you set up to 100. Jobapplier’s 30 a day is low for anyone sending in bulk.

Money. Jobapplier’s Pro refunds any payment in full within 7 days. Simplify refunds almost nothing once a plan is activated, AIApply nothing once Auto Apply has sent, JobCopilot only for a technical issue in the first week, and LazyApply only a first subscription under 100 applications. If a refund you can count on matters, that is the one area where these tools are weaker than Jobapplier.

What we did not check

We did not sign in to any of these tools, Jobapplier included, for this page, and we sent no application. Where a tool’s pages leave something out, the fact sheet says so rather than guessing.

Auto apply
The Agent applies only to jobs that fit one of the person's Apply rules and none of their Skip rules, on the single-page forms of eleven systems: Greenhouse, Lever, Ashby, Workable, Recruitee, Rippling, Breezy, Teamtailor, Pinpoint, BambooHR and Personio. [source]
A new account starts with one Skip rule (scores below 70) and no Apply rule, so nothing is sent until the person writes one. [source]
You pick each job for Autopilot from Job Matches, the Job Board or search; it is offered only on supported postings and not on a job marked already applied. [source]
Full auto-apply runs on its servers, with your computer off and without being logged in. [source]
Auto Apply submits applications for you, based on the criteria you set, including multi-step forms and custom questions. [source]
Its auto-apply goes only to postings on official company websites and career pages. [source]
Its Indeed bot applies to as many jobs as you enter in one run, filtered by title, location, salary, remote and date posted, started from a Start applying button. [source]
The AI Agent page says the agent matches roles, customizes the resume and applies for the user; it does not say who presses the final Submit or whether there is a review step. [source]
The AI Agent page describes one click sending a tailored resume, filling the forms and tracking each submission. [source]
The AI Agent page's FAQ says job matching, resume tailoring and autofill are available and that the rest of the agent's features were to launch in June. [source]
Autofill
The Chrome extension fills forms on Greenhouse, Lever, Ashby, Workday (multipage), iCIMS, SmartRecruiters and many other career sites; every AI-written answer is marked. [source]
With continuous multipage autofill on, Copilot keeps filling supported pages after you start; you still review and submit. [source]
Its pages do not sayIts pages do not say
Its Chrome extension autofills a job application on any site (company site, job board, ATS); you review and submit it yourself. [source]
Its pages do not say
The autofill page names the ATS it fills: Workday, Greenhouse, Lever, iCIMS, Ashby and Workable, among others. [source]
The autofill uses the Jobright profile and the tailored resume to complete the application's fields, and shows a match score before autofill. [source]
Who presses Submit
In the extension the person presses Submit, the panel's Submit Application or the form's own; the extension never submits by itself and waits while a required field is empty. [source]
Before the Agent presses Submit it takes a picture of the filled form; Review shows each question with the answer that went. [source]
Copilot (the extension) fills the form; you review it and press the employer's final Submit yourself. [source]
Autopilot (Simplify+) fills and submits the application with no review step; starting the run authorizes submission. [source]
You can fully automate or keep manual review on and approve each job; Auto-Apply can also be switched off, leaving only matches. [source]
For each matching job it fills the form and submits it with no clicking from you. [source]
Three modes: Auto Mode sends every matching job with no input; Hybrid sends jobs with a fit score of 75 or more and holds the rest for approval; Review Mode needs approval for every job. [source]
In Hybrid mode only jobs at or above a fit score of 75 are sent without approval. [source]
While an application is 'Preparing to Apply' you can change its resume or cover letter; once it is 'Applying Now' it is locked. The documents and answers sent can be seen afterwards on the dashboard. [source]
You choose whether the copilot applies by itself or fills applications and saves them for you to review before submitting. [source]
The home page says its agent handles the whole application; no page describes a review step before each application is sent. [source]
The autofill page's four steps end with the user submitting the application after the extension fills it. [source]
Where jobs come from
Jobs are read every hour from employers' career pages on Greenhouse, Lever, Ashby, Workday and other applicant tracking systems, and LinkedIn postings are read with no account, only those whose Apply button leads to the employer's own site. [source]
Job Matches covers the United States, Canada, United Kingdom, Australia, France, Germany, India, Ireland, Italy and Spain. [source]
It scans LinkedIn, Indeed and more than 30 job boards for matches. [source]
A search can also scan company career websites when enabled. [source]
Its pages do not say
It searches company career pages for new jobs every 2 hours. [source]
Each copilot searches up to 5 job titles; Elite allows 3 copilots, so 15 searches at once, or 3 countries. [source]
The home page names Greenhouse, Dice, Indeed and ZipRecruiter as platforms it applies on. [source]
Jobright covers U.S.-based roles only. [source]
LinkedIn
LinkedIn Easy Apply postings are not added and not filled; signing in with a LinkedIn account is switched off today. [source]
On LinkedIn and Indeed the extension reads job descriptions for missing resume keywords; its pages do not say Copilot or Autopilot applies through LinkedIn Easy Apply. [source]
Its Chrome extension applies to LinkedIn Easy Apply jobs you select in the dashboard, in your logged-in LinkedIn session; it does not store your LinkedIn password. [source]
No page read discloses a risk to the person's LinkedIn account; the page on its LinkedIn extension speaks only of the password not being stored. [source]
LinkedIn job links can be pasted into the Premium plan's Application Kit to generate a tailored resume and cover letter; the article then has you follow guided steps to submit. It does not describe applying on LinkedIn itself or Easy Apply. [source]
On platform risk, its terms say some platforms restrict automation, that compliance is the user's responsibility, and that it is not liable if a platform suspends, limits or rejects submissions. [source]
No page reviewed says it applies on LinkedIn or Indeed; its auto-apply pages name only company career pages. Its terms say auto-apply acts on your behalf at your own risk. [source]
Its job-application-automation page names LinkedIn and Indeed as platforms it applies on. [source]
Its pages do not say
Limits and caps
A CAPTCHA or an emailed code stops the Agent's application and hands it to the person; Jobapplier does not solve CAPTCHAs or read email. [source]
The Agent sends up to 30 applications a day on Pro. [source]
Simplify+ includes 20 Autopilot credits a week; a credit is used only for a successful submission, failed or cancelled runs use none, and unused credits do not roll over. [source]
Copilot autofill has no application limit. [source]
Its pages do not say
You set a daily limit between 10 and 100 applications; the queue pauses when it is reached and resets each day. [source]
One credit is one application; a credit is spent only when an application is submitted successfully. Unused credits roll over while the subscription is active and are lost on cancellation. [source]
More credits are bought as an upgrade at $49 for 100, $99 for 250, $199 for 600, $299 for 1,000 or $499 for 2,000 applications; the billing date resets to the purchase date. [source]
Up to 20 auto-applications a day on Premium and up to 50 on Elite. [source]
Every plan has a daily application limit. [source]
Its pages do not say
Browsers and extension
Chrome only, and the extension is not in the Chrome Web Store yet. [source]
Copilot runs on Chrome and other Chromium browsers; Firefox is in beta with limited support; on iPhone it is a Safari extension in the iOS app. [source]
The extension works on job boards with an Easy Apply flow: LinkedIn, Indeed, Dice, Reed, StepStone and GulfTalent; such jobs wait until you run it. [source]
Its pages do not say
The extension is free to install but needs an active subscription to autofill. [source]
It is a Chrome extension; installing it opens a dashboard where you log in. [source]
The autofill is a Chrome Web Store extension published by jobright.ai, version 1.25.2, updated October 29, 2026, with in-app purchases. [source]
Resume tailoring
One resume per posting at a level the person picks: Off (the default), Light, Balanced or Aggressive. No level adds or changes an employer, job title, seniority, date, place of work, school, degree, certification or work authorization. The file is a one-column PDF named Resume.pdf. [source]
No .docx export: the resume is a PDF. [source]
Autopilot can generate a tailored resume and does not show it to you for approval before it submits. [source]
With a target job, Simplify+ rewrites the whole resume, a section or single bullets; you review the changes before applying them, and the source file stays separate. [source]
CV tailoring to a job match works only for manual applications; it reorganizes and emphasizes existing content and downloads as PDF. [source]
Tailoring does not add new content. [source]
Tailored resumes per job need the additional tailoring subscription; the tailored documents are made by the system and cannot be edited. [source]
Resume tailoring for each application is on the Elite plan, and each tailored version can be reviewed and edited before submission. [source]

ATS check and match score Its pages do not say
Copilot names Workday, Greenhouse, iCIMS, Taleo, Avature, Lever and SmartRecruiters among the systems it fills, and says support depends on the particular form. [source]
A keyword match panel compares the selected resume with the job description, beside a broader Resume Score; the help centre says neither predicts an employer's decision. [source]
On career sites it fills and submits forms on Workday, Greenhouse, Lever, Ashby, SmartRecruiters, iCIMS and others. [source]
Jobs on application systems it cannot drive are marked 'not supported' and skipped, with no credit charged; the page does not list which systems these are. [source]
Since 25 May 2026 it also auto-applies on 'Expanded Career Sites' such as Workday and SAP SuccessFactors, at 1 credit an application; its 40 'Included Career Sites' stay unlimited within the plan. [source]

Cover letters
Cover letters are written for one posting from that posting's resume and the profile, in a professional, warm or direct tone; a sentence that claims more than they show is rewritten or cut. [source]
Simplify+ generates a cover letter in Copilot from the job description and your profile; you review and edit it before using it. [source]
A default cover letter is prepared, or you write your own. [source]
Cover letters are generated and submitted automatically when an application requires one, in the posting's language; a personal cover letter cannot be uploaded. [source]

It tracks email opens and replies and which CV performs best, and lets you A/B test CVs. [source]

Refunds and cancelling
Every Pro payment can be refunded in full within 7 days, no questions asked; Paddle is the Merchant of Record. [source]
Activated subscriptions are non-refundable; an unintended web renewal may get a pro-rated refund if you write within 24 hours, less processing fees; extended, verifiable technical issues may get a credit or refund; App Store purchases are refunded by Apple. [source]
Dissatisfaction with AI output, or not getting interviews or offers, is not grounds for a refund. [source]
The pricing page's FAQ offers refunds within 7 days of purchase if no more than 10% of the plan's application quota was used. [source]
Its refund policy (effective 1 January 2025) sets other conditions: a faulty service or unauthorised charge, within 7 days, fewer than 20 jobs applied and fewer than 50 matches, at least 2 full days of running, latest charge only; Done For You is never refunded. [source]
The Done For You plan is non-refundable. [source]
Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the period ends; fees are generally non-refundable, except a reproducible technical issue or an accidental purchase reported within 30 minutes with no meaningful use. [source]
Auto Apply is not refundable once applications have been submitted, and outcomes (no interviews or offers) are no ground for a refund. [source]
UK buyers of digital services acknowledge that they lose the 14-day right to cancel. [source]
A refund, full or partial, only for a technical issue reported within the first 7 days of the subscription; the team may instead extend the usage period. [source]
A 30-day refund on the first subscription only, if you applied to fewer than 100 jobs through it and the product demonstrably failed to work as advertised; renewals are not refunded. [source]
The usage limit on a refund. [source]
First purchases of the Monthly, Quarterly and 6-Month Turbo plans may get a full refund within 7 calendar days of the first charge; Weekly plans within 24 hours. Eligibility may be limited after substantial use of Turbo. [source]
An unintended renewal may be refunded if reported within 3 calendar days with no substantial use; no refund is given only for not getting interviews or offers. [source]
Turbo subscriptions renew automatically each billing period unless canceled; cancellation stops future charges and takes effect at the end of the paid period. [source]

Questions

Is there a Jobapplier alternative that does LinkedIn Easy Apply?

LoopCV's extension applies to Easy Apply jobs you select, in your own logged-in LinkedIn session, and LazyApply names LinkedIn among the platforms it applies on. Jobapplier neither lists nor fills Easy Apply postings.

Which alternative has more free autofill than Jobapplier?

Simplify's Copilot is free with no application limit. Jobapplier's Free plan gives 4 autofills a day, and Jobright's free daily credits are of an unstated size.

Which alternative sends more applications a day?

LazyApply's yearly plans go up to 1,500 a day and JobCopilot's Elite to 50. Jobapplier's Agent sends at most 30 a day on Pro.

Which alternatives let me approve each application?

LoopCV and AIApply both let you approve every job, and JobCopilot can fill applications and save them for your review. Jobapplier's Agent does not wait for a per-job approval: it sends only where your rules say Apply.
