Where LoopCV looks and applies

LoopCV scans LinkedIn, Indeed and more than 30 job boards for jobs that match your search, and, if you switch it on, company career websites as well. Its automation runs on its own servers, so applications keep going with your computer off and without you being logged in.

On career sites it fills and submits the form itself, naming Workday, Greenhouse, Lever, Ashby, SmartRecruiters and iCIMS among the systems it handles. A job that sends you to an external site where an account is needed is left for you to apply to by hand. When it finds an employer’s email address it can also email the application from a template you pick, with replies going to your own inbox.

Who approves

You choose. LoopCV can run fully on its own, you can keep manual review on and approve each job, or you can switch auto-apply off and use only the matches. Its autofill page claims most users see 50 to 200 applications a week; that is LoopCV’s figure, not one we measured.

LinkedIn and the extension

Easy Apply jobs work differently. On LinkedIn, Indeed, Dice, Reed, StepStone and GulfTalent they wait until you run LoopCV’s Chrome extension, which applies in your own logged-in session. Its page says it does not store your LinkedIn password. No page we read says what the automation means for your LinkedIn account, and its page on the Easy Apply limit was not read.

Resumes and letters

CV tailoring to a job works only for manual applications. It reorganises and emphasises what your CV already says, adds nothing new, and downloads as a PDF. Automatic applications use the CV you set. A default cover letter is prepared, or you write your own. LoopCV tracks email opens and replies and which CV does best, and lets you A/B test CVs.

Plans and refunds

There is a free plan, Basic Looper, with no card. Paid plans are priced in euros and count applications or emails a month. The plan table was not in the pricing page’s HTML on 31 October 2026, so the prices shown come from the page as read the day before; the same page gave both €8.99 and “from €9.99” as the lowest monthly price.

You can cancel any time from account settings and keep access to the end of the period. Refunds are where its pages disagree. The pricing FAQ offers a refund within 7 days if no more than 10% of the plan’s quota was used. The refund policy, effective 1 January 2025, requires a faulty service or an unauthorised charge, a claim within 7 days, fewer than 20 jobs applied and fewer than 50 matches, at least 2 full days of running, and covers the latest charge only. The Done For You plan is not refunded at all. No page states how renewal works.
