LoopCV vs JobCopilot

Where each one looks

LoopCV scans LinkedIn, Indeed and more than 30 job boards, plus company career websites if you switch that on. JobCopilot searches only company career pages, every 2 hours, and claims to reach over 500,000 companies. That one choice decides much of the rest. LoopCV’s Easy Apply jobs on LinkedIn, Indeed, Dice, Reed, StepStone and GulfTalent wait until you run its Chrome extension in your own logged-in browser. JobCopilot does not say it applies on any job board.

How they apply

Both let you choose how much to approve. LoopCV runs on its servers, with your computer off, and can apply fully on its own, wait for your approval on each job, or keep auto-apply off and show only matches. JobCopilot lets each copilot either apply by itself or fill applications and save them for your review.

On career sites LoopCV names Workday, Greenhouse, Lever, Ashby, SmartRecruiters and iCIMS among the systems it fills. A job that needs an account on an external site is left for you. JobCopilot keeps 40 “Included Career Sites”, unnamed on the pages read, unlimited within the plan. Since 25 May 2026 it also applies on “Expanded Career Sites” such as Workday and SAP SuccessFactors, at 1 credit an application. It says it creates no account on career pages. Neither says whether it reads emailed verification codes.

LoopCV can also email applications when it finds an employer’s address. JobCopilot’s Elite includes credits to unlock hiring managers’ contacts, at 0.25 credits each.

Volume

JobCopilot states daily caps: 20 automatic applications a day on Premium and 50 on Elite. Each copilot covers up to 5 job titles, and Elite allows 3 copilots or 3 countries. LoopCV counts a month instead: 100 applications or emails on Standard and 300 on Premium. It claims most users see 50 to 200 a week, a figure we have not measured.

Resumes

JobCopilot’s Elite tailors the resume for each application, and each version can be reviewed and edited before it is submitted. LoopCV tailors only for manual applications, reorganising and emphasising existing content without adding any. It offers a default cover letter or your own, and lets you A/B test CVs while tracking email opens and replies.

Money

LoopCV has a free plan and euro prices, though its plan table was not in the page’s HTML on 31 October 2026; the figures here are from the day before. You can cancel any time and keep access to the period’s end. Its refund terms conflict. The pricing FAQ allows a refund within 7 days if you used no more than 10% of your quota; the refund policy requires a fault, fewer than 20 jobs applied and fewer than 50 matches.

JobCopilot shows only per-day starting prices, with weekly, monthly and quarterly plans priced after sign-up. Promo codes give 50% off the first month. Refunds come only for a technical issue reported in the first 7 days, and the team may extend your usage instead.

LoopCV is run from Thessaloniki, Greece, under Greek law. JobCopilot is run by Nextwave Labs Pte Ltd in Singapore, with SIAC arbitration, and its terms say auto-apply is used at your own risk. We did not use either.
