We did not sign up for or use the other tools here: what follows is read from their own public pages on the dates shown, with stated facts kept apart from marketing claims. How we review.
Jobapplier: read on 2026-10-31 from its public pages and public plans API on jobapplier.co, signed out, and from its code. The signed-in features are described from the code and its documentation, not from a hands-on run, and no application was sent for this site.
How we ordered this list
- Do its pages say who presses the final Submit, for both autofill and any automatic applying? Jobright's AI Agent page does not.
- Do its pages name the form systems it fills?
- Are prices shown before checkout? Jobright's Turbo prices are not.
- Does it reach beyond US roles, and does its free plan include autofill?
The alternatives
-
1. Simplify
Free autofill with no limit, outside the US too
Copilot fills and you press the employer's Submit; Autopilot, on Simplify+, submits with no review step and says so. Names Workday, Greenhouse, iCIMS, Taleo, Avature, Lever and SmartRecruiters. Job matches in ten countries. Chrome, Chromium browsers and a Firefox beta.
- Paid from
- $39.99 a month
- Free plan
- Yes
- Who presses Submit
- Copilot (the extension) fills the form; you review it and press the employer's final Submit yourself.
-
2. LoopCV
Automatic applying beyond US job boards
Runs searches on its servers with full automation or approval per job. Names LinkedIn, Indeed, 30+ boards, Reed and StepStone among its extension's boards, and the systems it fills. Free plan; monthly euro plans; tailoring only on manual applications.
- Paid from
- €8.99 a month
- Free plan
- Yes
- Who presses Submit
- You can fully automate or keep manual review on and approve each job; Auto-Apply can also be switched off, leaving only matches.
-
3. Careerflow
Autofill plus resume and interview tools
Its autofill fills and you submit; it does not apply for you. Names Greenhouse, Lever and others, though its two lists disagree on Workday. Free Basic plan with limited autofill; Premium from $8.99 a week. Its job portal is for US users only.
- Paid from
- $23.99 a month
- Free plan
- Yes
- Who presses Submit
- The autofill fills the form and the user reviews and submits it; nothing is sent without the user confirming.
-
4. Jobapplier
Multipage forms, with the final Submit left to you
The extension fills Workday's multipage forms, iCIMS, Greenhouse and others, marks every AI answer and never presses Submit itself; the Pro Agent applies on eleven named systems only where your rules say Apply. Chrome only, not in the Chrome Web Store yet; Free plan 4 autofills a day; English postings only.
- Paid from
- $39.99 a month
- Free plan
- Yes
- Who presses Submit
- In the extension the person presses Submit, the panel's Submit Application or the form's own; the extension never submits by itself and waits while a required field is empty.

5. JobCopilot

- Who presses Submit
- You choose whether the copilot applies by itself or fills applications and saves them for you to review before submitting.
Where Jobright leaves gaps
Jobright combines a job feed for US roles with match scores, tailored resumes, a Chrome autofill extension and what it calls an AI Agent. The autofill side is well described: its page names Workday, Greenhouse, Lever, iCIMS, Ashby and Workable among the systems it fills, and its steps end with you submitting the application.
The agent side is not. Its AI Agent page says the agent matches roles, customises your resume and applies for you, but does not say who presses the final Submit, whether there is a review step, how many it sends a day, or where. Its FAQ said the rest of the agent’s features were to launch in June. Turbo’s prices are shown only at checkout; jobright.ai/pricing returned a 404. Its Chrome Web Store listing says the developer has not identified itself as a trader, so EU consumer rights do not apply to contracts with it. And Jobright covers US-based roles only.
The picks above are ordered by those gaps. We did not use any of them; each line comes from its own pages.
What each one swaps
Simplify is the closest like-for-like. Its free Copilot extension fills forms with no application limit, including multipage forms when continuous autofill is on, and you press the employer’s Submit. Its paid Autopilot is the automatic side, and its help centre says plainly that there is no review step before submission, including for the tailored resume it writes. It gives 20 Autopilot credits a week. Its job matches cover the US, Canada, the UK, Australia, France, Germany, India, Ireland, Italy and Spain.
LoopCV suits you if you came to Jobright for applying more than for the feed. It applies from its servers, by itself or after your approval, across LinkedIn, Indeed and more than 30 boards. It does not tailor automatic applications.
Careerflow is a toolkit: autofill where you submit, a resume optimiser that shows each suggestion, cover letters, a LinkedIn profile optimiser and, on Premium Plus, mock interviews. It does not apply for you. Its pages give two refund rules that disagree.
Jobapplier scores each job against your profile and fills forms in Chrome, stepping through multipage forms like Workday’s when nothing required is empty. Its Agent is Pro only, at most 30 a day, on single-page forms of eleven systems. It does not handle LinkedIn Easy Apply, its extension must be installed outside the Chrome Web Store for now, and it takes English postings only.
JobCopilot applies only on company career pages and can save filled applications for your review. Its extension fills forms anywhere, but only with a subscription, and its full prices appear after sign-up.
Before you switch
Jobright’s refund window is short: 7 days for a first Monthly, Quarterly or 6-Month Turbo purchase, 24 hours for Weekly, and 3 days for an unintended renewal. If you are inside it, ask before the time runs out.

| Auto apply | The AI Agent page says the agent matches roles, customizes the resume and applies for the user; it does not say who presses the final Submit or whether there is a review step. [source] The AI Agent page describes one click sending a tailored resume, filling the forms and tracking each submission. [source] The AI Agent page's FAQ says job matching, resume tailoring and autofill are available and that the rest of the agent's features were to launch in June. [source] | You pick each job for Autopilot from Job Matches, the Job Board or search; it is offered only on supported postings and not on a job marked already applied. [source] | Full auto-apply runs on its servers, with your computer off and without being logged in. [source] | Careerflow does not apply for the user: from its job portal the application is made on the original job site. [source] | The Agent applies only to jobs that fit one of the person's Apply rules and none of their Skip rules, on the single-page forms of eleven systems: Greenhouse, Lever, Ashby, Workable, Recruitee, Rippling, Breezy, Teamtailor, Pinpoint, BambooHR and Personio. [source] A new account starts with one Skip rule (scores below 70) and no Apply rule, so nothing is sent until the person writes one. [source] | Its auto-apply goes only to postings on official company websites and career pages. [source] |
| Autofill | The autofill page names the ATS it fills: Workday, Greenhouse, Lever, iCIMS, Ashby and Workable, among others. [source] The autofill uses the Jobright profile and the tailored resume to complete the application's fields, and shows a match score before autofill. [source] | With continuous multipage autofill on, Copilot keeps filling supported pages after you start; you still review and submit. [source] | Its pages do not say | Its pages do not say | The Chrome extension fills forms on Greenhouse, Lever, Ashby, Workday (multipage), iCIMS, SmartRecruiters and many other career sites; every AI-written answer is marked. [source] | Its Chrome extension autofills a job application on any site (company site, job board, ATS); you review and submit it yourself. [source] |
| Who presses Submit | The autofill page's four steps end with the user submitting the application after the extension fills it. [source] | Copilot (the extension) fills the form; you review it and press the employer's final Submit yourself. [source] Autopilot (Simplify+) fills and submits the application with no review step; starting the run authorizes submission. [source] | You can fully automate or keep manual review on and approve each job; Auto-Apply can also be switched off, leaving only matches. [source] For each matching job it fills the form and submits it with no clicking from you. [source] | The autofill fills the form and the user reviews and submits it; nothing is sent without the user confirming. [source] | In the extension the person presses Submit, the panel's Submit Application or the form's own; the extension never submits by itself and waits while a required field is empty. [source] Before the Agent presses Submit it takes a picture of the filled form; Review shows each question with the answer that went. [source] | You choose whether the copilot applies by itself or fills applications and saves them for you to review before submitting. [source] |
| Where jobs come from | Jobright covers U.S.-based roles only. [source] | Job Matches covers the United States, Canada, United Kingdom, Australia, France, Germany, India, Ireland, Italy and Spain. [source] | It scans LinkedIn, Indeed and more than 30 job boards for matches. [source] A search can also scan company career websites when enabled. [source] | The job portal pulls listings from job boards and is available only to U.S.-based users. [source] | Jobs are read every hour from employers' career pages on Greenhouse, Lever, Ashby, Workday and other applicant tracking systems, and LinkedIn postings are read with no account, only those whose Apply button leads to the employer's own site. [source] | It searches company career pages for new jobs every 2 hours. [source] Each copilot searches up to 5 job titles; Elite allows 3 copilots, so 15 searches at once, or 3 countries. [source] |
| Its pages do not say | On LinkedIn and Indeed the extension reads job descriptions for missing resume keywords; its pages do not say Copilot or Autopilot applies through LinkedIn Easy Apply. [source] | Its Chrome extension applies to LinkedIn Easy Apply jobs you select in the dashboard, in your logged-in LinkedIn session; it does not store your LinkedIn password. [source] No page read discloses a risk to the person's LinkedIn account; the page on its LinkedIn extension speaks only of the password not being stored. [source] | The LinkedIn optimizer reads the user's public profile through the extension; the FAQ says it uses no LinkedIn API or automation against LinkedIn's terms. [source] | LinkedIn Easy Apply postings are not added and not filled; signing in with a LinkedIn account is switched off today. [source] | No page reviewed says it applies on LinkedIn or Indeed; its auto-apply pages name only company career pages. Its terms say auto-apply acts on your behalf at your own risk. [source] | |
| Limits and caps | Its pages do not say | Simplify+ includes 20 Autopilot credits a week; a credit is used only for a successful submission, failed or cancelled runs use none, and unused credits do not roll over. [source] Copilot autofill has no application limit. [source] | Its pages do not say | Its pages do not say | A CAPTCHA or an emailed code stops the Agent's application and hands it to the person; Jobapplier does not solve CAPTCHAs or read email. [source] The Agent sends up to 30 applications a day on Pro. [source] | Up to 20 auto-applications a day on Premium and up to 50 on Elite. [source] |
| Browsers and extension | The autofill is a Chrome Web Store extension published by jobright.ai, version 1.25.2, updated October 29, 2026, with in-app purchases. [source] | Copilot runs on Chrome and other Chromium browsers; Firefox is in beta with limited support; on iPhone it is a Safari extension in the iOS app. [source] | The extension works on job boards with an Easy Apply flow: LinkedIn, Indeed, Dice, Reed, StepStone and GulfTalent; such jobs wait until you run it. [source] | The extension runs on Chrome and Chromium-based browsers. Its Chrome Web Store listing shows version 2.20.9, updated September 24, 2026. [source] | Chrome only, and the extension is not in the Chrome Web Store yet. [source] | The extension is free to install but needs an active subscription to autofill. [source] |
| Resume tailoring | Its pages do not say | Autopilot can generate a tailored resume and does not show it to you for approval before it submits. [source] With a target job, Simplify+ rewrites the whole resume, a section or single bullets; you review the changes before applying them, and the source file stays separate. [source] | CV tailoring to a job match works only for manual applications; it reorganizes and emphasizes existing content and downloads as PDF. [source] Tailoring does not add new content. [source] | The resume optimizer rewrites the resume to a pasted job description; the user reviews each suggestion and chooses what to accept. [source] | One resume per posting at a level the person picks: Off (the default), Light, Balanced or Aggressive. No level adds or changes an employer, job title, seniority, date, place of work, school, degree, certification or work authorization. The file is a one-column PDF named Resume.pdf. [source] No .docx export: the resume is a PDF. [source] | Resume tailoring for each application is on the Elite plan, and each tailored version can be reviewed and edited before submission. [source] |
| ATS check and match score | Its pages do not say | Copilot names Workday, Greenhouse, iCIMS, Taleo, Avature, Lever and SmartRecruiters among the systems it fills, and says support depends on the particular form. [source] A keyword match panel compares the selected resume with the job description, beside a broader Resume Score; the help centre says neither predicts an employer's decision. [source] | On career sites it fills and submits forms on Workday, Greenhouse, Lever, Ashby, SmartRecruiters, iCIMS and others. [source] | The autofill page names Greenhouse, Workday and Lever among the platforms it fills. [source] The help centre's autofill article gives a narrower list without Workday: Greenhouse, Lever, Uber's career page, Workable, Okta, Rippling, BreezyHR, JazzHR, JobScore, Jobvite, PinpointHQ and SmartRecruiters. [source] | Its pages do not say | Since 25 May 2026 it also auto-applies on 'Expanded Career Sites' such as Workday and SAP SuccessFactors, at 1 credit an application; its 40 'Included Career Sites' stay unlimited within the plan. [source] |
| Cover letters | Its pages do not say | Simplify+ generates a cover letter in Copilot from the job description and your profile; you review and edit it before using it. [source] | A default cover letter is prepared, or you write your own. [source] | Premium includes an unlimited AI cover letter writer. [source] | Cover letters are written for one posting from that posting's resume and the profile, in a professional, warm or direct tone; a sentence that claims more than they show is rewritten or cut. [source] | Its pages do not say |
| Job tracker | Its pages do not say | Applications submitted with Copilot are saved to a Job Tracker; Gmail can be connected for matched conversations and suggested status updates, free. [source] | It tracks email opens and replies and which CV performs best, and lets you A/B test CVs. [source] | The tracker is a Kanban board with notes, documents and to-do lists; the Chrome listing says it saves jobs from 45+ platforms including LinkedIn, Indeed, Monster and USAJobs. [source] | A Tracker board of applications with no limit on any plan. [source] | A daily email recap reports how many jobs were auto-applied; an application tracker is on both plans. [source] |
| Interview practice | Its pages do not say | Its pages do not say | Its pages do not say | AI Mock Interview and Interview Analysis are part of Premium Plus; the mock interview gives feedback after each answer. [source] | No interview practice. [source] | Its pages do not say |
| Phone apps | There is a free iPhone app (iOS 15.0 or later), Jobright - AI Job Search, by Jobright Inc., listing U.S.-based roles only. [source] | An iOS app to browse, save and track jobs; Simplify+ members can start Autopilot from it, or apply in Safari with Copilot. [source] | Its pages do not say | There is no mobile app; the web app works in mobile browsers and an app is on its roadmap. [source] | No phone app in an app store today: the web app runs in a browser, the extension in Chrome on a computer. [source] | Its pages do not say |
| Refunds and cancelling | First purchases of the Monthly, Quarterly and 6-Month Turbo plans may get a full refund within 7 calendar days of the first charge; Weekly plans within 24 hours. Eligibility may be limited after substantial use of Turbo. [source] An unintended renewal may be refunded if reported within 3 calendar days with no substantial use; no refund is given only for not getting interviews or offers. [source] Turbo subscriptions renew automatically each billing period unless canceled; cancellation stops future charges and takes effect at the end of the paid period. [source] | Activated subscriptions are non-refundable; an unintended web renewal may get a pro-rated refund if you write within 24 hours, less processing fees; extended, verifiable technical issues may get a credit or refund; App Store purchases are refunded by Apple. [source] Dissatisfaction with AI output, or not getting interviews or offers, is not grounds for a refund. [source] | The pricing page's FAQ offers refunds within 7 days of purchase if no more than 10% of the plan's application quota was used. [source] Its refund policy (effective 1 January 2025) sets other conditions: a faulty service or unauthorised charge, within 7 days, fewer than 20 jobs applied and fewer than 50 matches, at least 2 full days of running, latest charge only; Done For You is never refunded. [source] The Done For You plan is non-refundable. [source] | The FAQ offers a refund within 7 days of purchase with no questions asked. [source] The Terms (updated 13 January 2024) say purchases are final and non-refundable except at Careerflow's discretion, requests must come within 7 days of the first purchase, and the Weekly subscription is never refunded. [source] Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the period ends, through the Stripe portal on the Account page; emailing is not enough. [source] | Every Pro payment can be refunded in full within 7 days, no questions asked; Paddle is the Merchant of Record. [source] | A refund, full or partial, only for a technical issue reported within the first 7 days of the subscription; the team may instead extend the usage period. [source] |
| Data, accounts and risk | Its pages do not say | Its pages do not say | Its pages do not say | Its pages do not say | Its terms say the Agent fills forms from Jobapplier's servers in a browser that hides the signs of automation so that bot checks accept it, and that many sites, LinkedIn among them, do not allow automation.
