Good fit if

  • Simplify: you want a free autofill extension with no application limit, in Chrome, Edge, Brave, Arc or a Firefox beta.
  • Simplify: you apply outside the US, in one of the ten countries its job matches cover.
  • Jobright: you apply to US roles and want a match score and a tailored resume before each autofill.
  • Jobright: you want a free iPhone app with its job listings.

Look elsewhere if

  • Simplify: you want automatic applying with a review step before submission.
  • Simplify: you want a refund once a subscription is activated.
  • Jobright: you apply to roles outside the US.
  • Jobright: you want to know the price, or what its AI Agent does before submitting, before you pay.

Autofill, side by side

Both are browser extensions that fill job application forms from your profile and leave the final Submit to you. Simplify’s Copilot names Workday, Greenhouse, iCIMS, Taleo, Avature, Lever and SmartRecruiters, says it covers over 100 job boards and portals, and says support depends on the form. With continuous multipage autofill on, it keeps filling supported pages after you start. Jobright’s autofill page names Workday, Greenhouse, Lever, iCIMS, Ashby and Workable among others. It fills fields from your Jobright profile and the tailored resume, and shows a match score before it fills.

Simplify runs on Chrome and other Chromium browsers such as Edge, Brave and Arc, has a Firefox beta, and works as a Safari extension inside its iOS app. Jobright’s is a Chrome Web Store extension, version 1.25.2 as updated on 29 October 2026, with in-app purchases.

Free plans

Simplify Copilot autofill has no application limit on the free plan, which also includes the Resume Builder, the Job Tracker, job matches and Gmail integration. AI writing, cover letters and Autopilot need Simplify+. Jobright gives every feature a daily batch of free credits and sells unlimited access, but its pages do not say how many free credits a day you get.

Applying for you

This is where their pages differ most in how much they say. Simplify’s Autopilot, on Simplify+, fills and submits jobs you pick, with no review step. Its help centre says so in plain words, and adds that it does not show you the tailored resume before submitting. It gets 20 credits a week, spent only on successful submissions, with no rollover, and it can read emailed one-time codes through a forwarding address on its partner domain Letterfern.

Jobright’s AI Agent page says the agent matches roles, customises your resume and applies for you, with one click sending a tailored resume and filling the forms. It does not say who presses the final Submit, whether you review anything first, how many it sends or where. Its FAQ said the rest of the agent’s features were to launch in June.

Neither describes applying through LinkedIn Easy Apply. Simplify’s extension reads LinkedIn and Indeed job descriptions for missing resume keywords.

Where they work

Simplify’s job matches cover the United States, Canada, the United Kingdom, Australia, France, Germany, India, Ireland, Italy and Spain. Jobright covers US-based roles only, on the web and in its free iPhone app.

Prices, renewals and refunds

Simplify+ costs $19.99 a week, $39.99 a month or $89.99 for three months on the web, and renews until cancelled. Once activated, payments are non-refundable, apart from a pro-rated refund on an unintended web renewal reported within 24 hours. Jobright’s Turbo prices appear only at checkout, and jobright.ai/pricing returned a 404. Turbo renews automatically. A first Monthly, Quarterly or 6-Month purchase can be refunded in full within 7 days, a Weekly one within 24 hours, and an unintended renewal within 3 days.

Jobright’s Chrome listing says the developer has not identified itself as a trader, so EU consumer rights do not apply to contracts with it. We did not use either extension; both are read from their own pages.
